Job Description:
· Develop and maintain high performance, high
availability multi-tier web applications and system applications using Python,
Django, MySQL and Apache.
· Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS,
modern JavaScript techniques and other web standards with an emphasis on rich
user experience, cross-browser compatibility, data security, confirming to
industry best standards.
· Design and develop mobile application, system
application interfacing with payment tools, contactless tools for solving
problems in finance workflows/processes.
· Get involved in complete product development
cycle right from requirement gathering to testing and deploying the
application.
Job Qualification:
· 1-5 years of relevant industry experience in
developing web applications using Python/Django technology stacks.
· Strong command of web standards, CSS,
JavaScript, DOM, cross-browser compatibility and browser degradation
strategies.
· Industry level experience in storing and
maintaining data using MySQL for optimized performance.
· Experience in building scalable systems using
Python on a UNIX/Linux platform.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of web
services (SOAP, REST, XML-RPC, etc)
· Strong understanding of browser security
concerns, cross site scripting, SQL injection.
· Knowledge on developing mobile applications on
any platform is a plus.
· Good process oriented development skills: structured
design documentation, build processes, coding standards, testing frameworks,
etc.
· Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving
skills.
· Strong communication skills.
