Wanted SharePoint developer for a USA based Software Development Company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

SharePoint developer will be a key participant in expanding SharePoint developer team. The successful candidate will participate in the architecture, planning, development, deployment and maintenance of a large scale implementation of SharePoint for a public audience. Applicants must have an inquisitive nature and internal drive to find solutions. In addition, the candidate should be professional working with peers and management.

Qualifications

1.      Must possess a minimum of 5+ years in Microsoft.NET (C#) development with a minimum of 3+ years of SharePoint 2007 development.

2.      Experience with major areas of SharePoint including but not limited to: Business Data Catalog, Workflow Foundation, Security, Search, Content Management, Document

3.      Management, Business Intelligence, Business Processes, Forms, Custom Content Types, Excel Services,  Portals and Collaboration

4.      Experience with custom developed web parts and features, workflows, content management solutions, dashboards, KPIS.

5.      XML experience including XSD, XSLT and CAML

6.      Experience in InfoPath

7.      General web development experience (e.g., HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS)

8.      Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint and integration issues

Additional Skills for Consideration

* Ability to evaluate and integrate 3rd party plug-ins with SharePoint
* Experience using SharePoint to integrate with existing applications and databases
* Experience working with the beta release of SharePoint 2010
* Experience building composite applications
* Web Services (SOAP, REST)
* Rich Internet Applications (Silverlight, Flex, AJAX)
