Wanted Assistant Sales Manager for Training / Education Company in Chennai - Qualification: Any Graduate - Proven track-record in achieving the target in previous firms - with 1-2 years of experience

• Proven track-record in achieving the target in previous firms
• 1-2 years of experience

Skills/Experience Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
• Experience in field marketing in a target based firm
• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets
• Experience with online consumer Internet business is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus
• Experience in education industry is a plus

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote product
• Need to do out bound calls to get new clients on daily basis
• Regular follow-up with existing clients and need to manage their account
• Need to explain product, services and prices to the clients in best convincing way
• Need to meet up new clients and get business from them
• Work location will be Chennai, training and occasional meeting will be held at Bangalore Head office
