Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs)	Customer related: He / She should be interactive and provide the accurate solution to the clients through Calls.    Process related: Maintain Call reports for the respective Client(s). Handle calls as per the shared agenda.   Secondary responsibilities (if any):  Need based, related to Customer
Desired skill sets	Knowledge: Product and Process knowledge Skills: ·         Average written & spoken communication skills in Hindi & English ·         Basic Knowledge of computer. ·         Typing speed- 15 words per minute. ·         positive attitude ·         Candidates should be multi-Lingual.
Desired qualifications (including certifications)	1. Completed class 12th / Diploma 2. Arts & Science Graduates, B.E. or B.TECH below 6.5 CGPA. 3. Should be 13 years education (10+3) - Any Diploma etc
