         Management of the HR team in all locations
         Recruiting and staffing
         Organizational planning and development
         Employee induction, development, needs assessment, and training
         Employee relations
         Employee safety, welfare and health
         Actively manage the employee transfer process for all acquisitions that may occur during the development and expansion of the business
