Wanted Sales and Marketing Head for Health and Technology Company in chetpet, Chennai.

Qualification          :     Any Degree

Experience             :     2 - 4 Yrs.

Salary                     :     Based on candidate skill and performance


Sales & Marketing Head:

Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company
Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
To achieve the targets set by the management on regular basis
Collect data points from the TIER 1 and TIER 2 hospitals
Visit field on daily basis to get hospitals and other healthcare providers empaneled on our IT platform
Regular follow ups to close the empanelment on time
Reviews and progress of sales roles throughout the company
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products
Provides quarterly results assessments of sales productivity
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
To develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
Collaborating with sales personnels and establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
