Job Description:  Junior Executives :
Taking inbound calls
Making outbound calls
Building relationship with prospects
Understanding the project and its advantages
Learning the competition in the market and using it to their advantage with the help of their Sr.Executive
Achieving Targets (No.Of site visits and conversion ratio)
Providing feedback of majority customers

Senior Executives:

Handling Escalation calls, Mobile incoming and landline calls, if any.
Making calls to achieve Team Target (Total site visists)
Attending office walk-ins
Web chat
Monitoring Daily attendance & Regularizing Work
Conducting Regular Team Meeting, Sharing New Ideas & Providing suggestions to improve team performance
Coordinating with Marketing Executives and getting feedback regarding queries
Assisting Team Leader as and when required
Analyzing the current market and competition with online executives assistance and giving training to Junior Executives
Monitoring recorded calls daily for training purpose
Team Performance report to be maintained daily to be reported weekly to team leader
