Qualification:Any Degree 
Experience: 1 to 3 years 

• Experience of 1-3 years and CTC Up to Max 3.00 Lakhs can be offered

• Most Importantly Very Smart candidates with Great Confidence and Excellent Communication .

• Maintain Knowledge of trends and activities in the industry.

• Handling customers, Key account managers and the local sales team with timely updates.

• Regular follow up with production to ensure SLA’s are honored for all the retailers.

• Interact with all other functional departments (Prepress, PD, finance and Production) closely to      provide a proper updates to the customers.

• Monitoring the customer trend of order placements and highlight to the sales team in case of any loss of business.

• Maintain company ethics code and standards of professionalism.

• To give my level best all the time, to hold a responsible position in the organization where I work.

• Identifies potential department problems and offers appropriate suggestions to effect improvement in processes or procedures.

• Provides feedback regarding decrease/loss of business as a base for appropriate management decision making.

• Respond customers Sales and CAMS in time.

• Responds to customer complaints and queries in a timely manner.

• Effectively support the manager in achieving the department’s aim and objective by providing effective communication links between customer, suppliers and various departments.
