Wanted Accounts Executive for Insurance Brokers Company in Nandanam  Chennai

Qualification: B.com or M.com

Experience: 0 to 2 Years Preferable.  Freshers also can apply.

The responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant are expected to be performed in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Invoice processing: on a daily basis, open the mail, sort invoices between inventory and business payables.
• Payment reconciliation: On a daily basis, reconcile deposits posted to the bank account by creating batches of customer payments in the accounting software- Tally.
• File Management: On a weekly basis, file the weekly AP check run and various accounting documents.
• File Management: On a monthly basis, create quarterly journal entry binder, and reconciliation binder. File monthly journal entries and reconciliations at the end of each month-end close.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Co-ordinate with the Insurers for collection of Commission statements and reconcile the same with our MIS, and in case of discrepancy follow-up with the respective branches and insurers and get it sorted out.
• Co-ordinating with branches for receivable balances
• Making of weekly cash flow statement for the management
• To co-ordinate with Auditors for TDS and GST reconciliation.

Qualification required:

• Either freshers straight from campus
• Or B.Com/M.Com with 1 to 2 years experience
• Knowledge of TALLY MUST
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Both Male and Female candidates are fine.
• Package will be vary according to skill set and experience of the candidate
