Qualification: Diploma or BE Printing Technology

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Number of Vacancies: 1

Job Description :

*3 - 5 years Experience in offset printing 

*Should know minimum knowledge in costing analysis 

* Experience in Job work /contract work 

*Should minimum experience in production area 

* Identifying suppliers for outsourcing 

* Coordinating with suppliers for sampling & costing

.* Follow–up on all orders placed 

*Coordinate to organize delivery of material to the required locations.

 *Developing and maintaining systems to procure material 

* Alternate vendor development. 

*Handle any related matters to outsourcing. 

*  Responsible for timely passing the bills. 

*  Ensure that all the bills are logged at accounts by understanding the statutory  implications to do *Responsible in Gathering & sorting related documents like PO,Invoice & Monthly reconciliation report of outsourcing *Responsible for timely delivery of the material. * Maintain records by filing related documents.
