Wanted Operation Executive / Hub Executive for DHL Prime Road, Kochi - SUGA Consulting Services is providing HR Services

Qualification: Any Degree. MBA Logistics preferred

Job Title: Hub Executive/ Operations Executive

Function: Operations

Reporting to: Hub Leader

Experience: 2 to 6 yrs

CTC: 3.5 Lakhs max

1. Purpose

Responsible for the overall operations and management of the hub. All activities in the hub to be handled with limited time in order to increase efficiency for services of DHL India Prime Road

2. Key Responsibilities

As a Hub Executive, you would be expected to:

·              Responsible for the operations of the hub for the allocated shift

·              Handle driver planning and availability at the hub for incoming vehicle

·              Manage driver changeover at the hub within time limit within the shift

·              Maintain driver relationships to be able to convince them drive through the hubs in case of driver crisis

·              Ensure timely arrival and departure of truck and coordinate with central operations team for the same

·              Ensure hub to hub transit time of the vehicles are within the designated limits and no unscheduled stoppage takes place

·              Maintenance of the hub infrastructure and assets

·              Carry out toll cash management

·              Manage vehicle inspection and maintenance activities of the fleet whenever required within the allocated shift

·              Coordinate with central operations team for border related documents

·              Handle RTO (Regional Transport Office) documentations regarding trucks and transport

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform this job:

·         3+ years of experience in operations role of a large supply-chain/logistics firm

·         Coordination ability with a team located centrally, which is not in physical proximity

·         Able to handle crisis situations and willing to do whatever possible to fix any issue

·         Problem solving ability: Excellent at analysing any on-the-field situation at hand and work towards developing the solution

·         A knack for always looking for opportunities to implement solutions to increase operational efficiency and get maximum productivity

·         Adaptable: You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are constantly changing
