1. JOB DETAILS: 

Position Title: DGM – IT (SAP Operations) 

Reports to: VP - IT 

Department: IT 

Division: SAP 

Prepared / Revised on: 06.02.2019 

2. JOB PURPOSE: 

Managing SAP Operational Support and uptime 

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Description   Ensure resolution of all SAP tickets   Support change management, release management, and conduct user acceptance testing. Follows the governance and work closely with internal stake holders associated with IT. 

4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Interaction with the manager and stakeholders, regarding the issue related information as well as requirement of data for smooth running of implementation and support process.
