Job Description:
Responsible for all CR functions of jewellery.

• Strategic planning for improvement of customer satisfaction levels.
• Overall responsibility of all customer complaints resolution.
• Target customer delight.
• Use CR activities as tool for improvement.
• Liaisoning with other departments on critical issues.
• Development and implementation of CR training (In-house).
• Monitor customer satisfaction reports and trends.
• Receive the customers in a professional way so as to enhance showroom image.
• Upgrade personal and company image to stimulate maximum customer appeal.
• Share customer satisfaction information with other departments.
• Welcome customers with a pleasant attitude and enquire about their requirements
• Must have the skill to understand the customer’s requirement and should lead them to the proper section
• Ensure that the customers are supplied refreshment like tea, coffee, drinks etc.
• Make arrangements to lead the customer’s children to the play area
• Execute responsibilities related with schemes as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
