Description
We are looking for outstanding
Software Engineer to be responsible for developing innovative, reusable
Web-based tools for our client and products. Our Software Engineer work under
guidance of managers with supportive team members to enhance the project/application
with their great ideas and innovative approach.
Responsibilities
- Development
of web application on Java/J2EE, GWT (Google Web Toolkit), JSP, Servelet
on Cloud Platefrom of Google, AWS.
- Understand the architectural principles for
integration to downstream applications.
- Read and understand written business requirements
and use case documents. Develop and propose technical designs and other
documentation as necessary.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the Business Object
Model and work with the architect in refining and updating the Business
Object Model.
- Perform coding duties in new code and maintenance
code, including the correct use of source code control to manage versions
with minimal supervision.
- Impact analysis of new enhancement and
re-usability of existing code and new development.
- Analyze the deployed application and implement
performance tuning enhancements.
- Perform related duties as
assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E.//MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc
Preferred Qualifications and
Skills
·
0.6 to 1 years hands-on Java
experience developing n-tier systems.
·
Strong analytically skills and good
problem solving skills.
·
Excellent knowledge of object
oriented technologies and multi-tier applications, particularly Service
Oriented Architectures are a must.
·
Expert in Java and one or more other
coding languages, design patterns and re-factoring principles.
·
Core Java must be Strong.
·
Java development with focus on web
(JSP, Servlet, JMS, JDBC, J2EE Security, GWT, MVP, Architecture, Jquery)
·
Knowledge of cloud platform like
Google App Engine.
·
Design, develop & implement
process, tools, standards, etc around the development process to ensure quality
code is being developed in a timely fashion
·
Strong background in CS theory a
must, including data structures, algorithms, OOA, OOD, and design patterns.
·
Experience and solid knowledge in
Agile (Scrum) Methodologies.
·
Understanding of standard web
frameworks and languages (GWT, HTML, CSS, Javacript, AJAX, Jquery)
·
Knowledge of standard web service
development frameworks and methodologies (SOAP and RESTful)
·
Experience with standard SQL, mySQL
or NoSQL
·
Experience in XML, JSON, JAXB, XSD
·
Familiarity with standard source
repositories (Subversion, CVS, Clearcase, etc.)
·
Knowledge of Ant, Maven, JUnit.
·
Knowledge of design concepts (UML,
OOD, OOA)
·
Experienced with at least one of the
following IDEs and App servers (Eclipse, WASD, MyEclipse, Tomcat, Web logic,
IBM WebSphere, Jboss)
·
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
