Job Description:

  • The Web chat Chat agent will handle the customer’s inbound transaction – Enquiry/Request or complaint and provide a complete and correct resolution
  • The agent will have to be knowledgeable in handling Mobile Internet transactions – Enquiries /request & complaints at the first level & second level which requires troubleshooting/resolution.
  • Agent will manage max 3 con-current chats and ensure Customer is satisfied on all transactions
  • All necessary application/system support will be available to help with the necessary level 2 assistance on the first Chat itself.
  • The agent will be responsible for upselling/CSEs-selling on the Inbound Chat.
  • Agent will demonstrate basic knowledge and ability to use various applications / tools related to the function / engagement
  • Agent will comply with do's & dont's of policies, procedures& regulation as applicable to the engagement / function
  • Give Correct and Complete Resolution to Customers on all transactions to avoid Repeat contacts by Customers.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms
