• Backtracking algorithms
• Graph related algorithms such as
• Multiple Traveling Sales Man Problem
• Minimum Spanning Tree,
• Shortest Path, etc.

Data Structures:

• A very good analysis on Advanced Data Structures like
• Maps,
• B+ Tree,
• Graphs,
• Grid File Systems,
• Heaps (Fibonacci, Binomial)
• Basic Data Structures like
• Balanced Search Trees
• Hashing
• List,Stack and Queue are mandatory
• Data Driven Programming
• Data Compression in JPEG, Huffman, PNG, LZW.
• Data Mining
• Prerequisites
• Pointers [ are much used in C, partly because they are sometimes the only way to express a computation, and partly because they usually lead to more compact and efficient code than can be obtained in other ways ]
