Ø Proven experience as maintenance assistant or other managerial role

Ø Experience in planning maintenance operations including electrical and mechanical

Ø Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.

Ø Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment

Ø Ability to keep track of and report on activity

Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

Ø Diploma in Mechanical / Bachelors in Mechanical

Ø 2 years Exp candidate required

About us

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Assistant to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.

Job Responsibilities

Ø Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

Ø Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

Ø Check electrical systems of buildings to ensure functionality

Ø Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

Ø Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

Ø Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

Ø Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Ø Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

Ø Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
