Qualification: Any Degree

Skills: Good Communcation Skill, good fluency in English

Functions:

· Possesses an understanding of where to find the best potential students for recruitment purposes.

· Places telephone calls to all interested leads in assigned programs.

· Follows up with potential leads in writing, over the phone, or in person.

· Schedules and presents phone information sessions.

· Manages inquiries and applicant flow to ensure students turn in all necessary documents in order to complete their file for the enrollment process.

· Maintains high visibility and builds awareness of Sollers Institute among appropriate outlets

· Reviews applicant credentials for admission and recommends admission decisions

· Communicates effectively with prospects, students, and employees.

· Understands the programs, career tracks, and the various fields students may transition into

· Evaluates overall success of recruitment efforts put forth for each season

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

· Minimum 1 year of experience with admissions, marketing or sales

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

· Great listening, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing

· Knowledge of college admissions or marketing and sales
