Wanted "Transition Manager" for a Leading IT & ITES Company, a provider of Technology, Outsourcing & Consulting Services.
Total Experience: 5 – 10 yrs
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma/Post Graduate
Key Skills: International business transition experience is preferred.
Job Profile:
• Conduct successful Transitions for the line of service/business
• Handle engagement specific escalations
• Be innovative to fine tune Transition process
• Keep customers internal and external updated with deliverables
• Understanding the processes and preparing the process maps
• Driving the transition plans that will enable clients to migrate processes seamlessly.
• Provide support in site readiness including the technology (IT) and telecommunication.
• Tracking projects and providing updates to the relevant stakeholders
• Support process stabilization
• Being quality certified, spread quality awareness
• Driving the quality projects, process improvements, innovations
