When you submit your profile to a company, DO NOT name the file as "Resume.doc" - Please name the file with your full name like "V.Sivaramakrishnan-Resume.doc"
This helps the HR team to save your file safely. Many times, the files named "Resume.doc" will be overwritten by the next person's resume who is sending the file with the same name...
